What to Expect in Your Visit
PSNBC is a body of believers where you will find a warm welcome. Through our unity of diverse personalities and backgrounds we are certain you will make friends.
Worship is Christ focused, Bible driven, and missions minded. We aim to care for the souls of imperfect people who long to know God.
Our sermons are based on the sovereign word of God. Which we believe to be inerrant. Our pastor preaches from the ESV, English Standard Version. This translation speaks in a language such as we speak in conversations today. It is one of the most accurate translations to the original texts of the Bible, Hebrew, Greek, and Aramaic. If you do not have a bible, please ask a greeter and they will be excited to present one to you.
Our attire is everywhere between denim jeans and loafers to suit and tie.
When you attend, we may even have a gift bag for you. We ask that when you are ready, please fill out a visitor card, and we promise, to never single you out as a visitor.
Evening services are held in the Chapel with handicapped parking and entrance located at the back of the building.
Childcare and classes for all ages are offered with each Sunday and Wednesday service.
Sunday morning Bible study begins at 9:45AM with service at 11:00AM.
Sunday evening services are at 6:00PM.
Wednesday evening services begin at 6:30PM.
Should you Consider Becoming a Member?
Why should I join a church?
According to the New Testament, all believers became part of the body of the church. That is to say, every person had a role to play in the local church. Some acted as hands, some as feet, others as eyes. No matter what the person’s ability, everyone played a supportive role in the mission of the church.
The members were committed to glorifying God, growing in discipleship, and sharing the gospel message. They gathered to worship, pray, hear the teaching and preaching of the word, as well as encourage, build hope and support for one another. It is no different today.
How do I become a member?
The first step in the process can begin with either meeting with the pastor or coming forward in church during the invitation time of the service. In the process you will get to meet with a pastor or deacon to share your story, learn about our church, and learn about the commitment of joining the church. From there we will ask about your church background and relationship with Jesus Christ.
Once this process is affirmed, your name will be presented in a church business meeting for membership and voted upon.
